Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We want every competitive swimmer to love their Funky Trunks gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Our Return Policy

• You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Items must be in original condition with all packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Ear Plugs
• Nose Clips
• Snorkels

All swimwear must have original tags attached to be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below)
2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item with original packaging and include the RMA number visible on the outside
4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our Atlanta facility using a trackable shipping method

We recommend using DHL or FedEx for returns to ensure tracking. Funky Trunks Store is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

For size or style exchanges:

• Follow the standard return process above
• Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
• We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original (standard shipping rates apply)

For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product (including performance swimwear with manufacturing flaws):

• Contact us immediately at [email protected]
• Include photos of the damage or defect
• We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

• All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
• Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
